Troubleshooting

Messages show up the way the plugin writes them, in Portuguese, in the chat or the console. Search for the exact text.

Key and connection

Message	Likely cause	What to do
server_credential vazio em settings.yml: loja e textura nao atualizadas ao iniciar.	The plugin started without a key.	Create the key in Settings › Plugin, paste it into server_credential and run /hasty reload settings.
Configure server_credential em settings.yml antes de usar /hasty update.	The key is empty.	Same as above.
server_credential deve comecar com hy-. Copie a chave do painel.	The pasted value is not the server key.	Copy the key that starts with hy-. If it is no longer shown, use Replace key.
Chave invalida. Verifique server_credential em settings.yml.	The key was replaced in the dashboard or copied only in part.	Create a new key, paste it and run /hasty reload settings.
A Hasty não está configurada. Contate um administrador.	A player opened /loja on a server without a key.	Set up the key.
Handshake com a Hasty falhou: followed by the reason	The server can't reach https://api.hasty.com.br.	Allow outgoing connections to api.hasty.com.br in the firewall or at the host.

Store

Message	Likely cause	What to do
A loja ainda esta carregando do painel da Hasty. Tente de novo em instantes.	The plugin hasn't downloaded the store yet.	Run /hasty update all.
Erro ao baixar a loja: followed by the reason	Hasty didn't answer or refused the key.	Check the key and run the command again.
A loja ja esta sendo baixada.	A download is already in progress.	Wait for it to finish.
Este item nao tem produto configurado.	The button has no product.	Choose the button's product in In-game menus and run /hasty update all.
Seu carrinho tem itens sem produto configurado.	A product in the cart was removed from its button.	The player clears the cart and adds it again.

Payment

Message	Likely cause	What to do
Erro ao gerar pagamento: followed by the reason	Often, Mercado Pago isn't connected.	Connect it in Settings › Payouts.
Pedido criado. O pagamento ainda nao esta disponivel; tente novamente em instantes.	Mercado Pago took too long to answer.	The player checks out again in a moment.
Pagamento indisponível: server_credential não configurada.	The plugin has no key.	Set up the key.
Nao foi possivel verificar o cupom agora. Tente de novo.	The server couldn't reach Hasty.	The player tries again in a moment.

Delivery

Symptom	Likely cause	What to do
Order at "Delivering" for a long time	The plugin isn't connected, or the server is off.	Check the key and run /hasty reload settings. The delivery goes out when the plugin connects.
Order at "Delivery failed"	A product command failed several times.	Fix the cause and click Deliver again, in Orders. See How does delivery work?.

Textures

Message	Likely cause	What to do
Nenhuma textura para aplicar: envie texturas ou fundos de menu no painel.	There is no texture, sound or menu background.	Upload them in In-game menus and run it again.
Nesta versão a Hasty não troca a textura do servidor: baixe a textura no painel (Menus in-game) e junte ao pacote do servidor.	The server is on 1.17 to 1.20.2.	Download it with Download texture (.zip) and merge it into the server's pack. See Minecraft versions.
Muitas atualizacoes de textura seguidas. Tente de novo em alguns minutos.	You went over the publication limit.	Wait a few minutes.
A Hasty nao conseguiu publicar a textura agora. A textura atual foi mantida; tente de novo em instantes.	A temporary failure.	Run it again in a few minutes.
Textured items show up as paper	The player refused the pack, or uses a version older than the server's through ViaVersion.	Ask them to accept the pack when joining, or to use the server's version.

Permissions and Java

Message	Likely cause	What to do
Voce nao tem permissao para usar este comando.	hasty.admin is missing.	See Commands and permissions.
UnsupportedClassVersionError in the console	The server's Java is older than the jar needs.	See the table in How do I install the plugin?.

Talk to support. Give the Minecraft version, the plugin version and the exact message. Never send settings.yml or your key.
