How do I get paid for sales?

Sales are paid through Mercado Pago and go to your account, with the plan's fee taken out. Mercado Pago's fees are already included in that fee. See the amounts in Pricing.

Connect Mercado Pago

1. In the dashboard, open Settings and go to Payouts.
2. Click Connect Mercado Pago.
3. Authorize it on the Mercado Pago site, with the account that will receive the money.

⚠️ Without Mercado Pago connected, checkout is down: players can't pay.

To switch accounts or renew the authorization, use Authorize again. If you disconnect, new payments are unavailable until you reconnect.

How the player pays in the game

Check out with Pix creates the payment and shows the Pix QR code only to the paying player:

• On a map in the hand, with qrcodemode: hand_mode, the default.
• Floating in front of the player, with qrcodemode: flying_mode, from 1.18 onwards.

The player scans it with their bank app. When the payment is approved, the QR code turns into the "Compra confirmada" (purchase confirmed) image for 15 seconds, and the purchase goes to the player's inventory, which opens on its own. See Purchase inventory.

Orders

Every purchase becomes an order in Orders, in the dashboard:

Status	What it means
Awaiting payment	The payment was created and hasn't been paid yet.
Paid	The payment was approved. The purchases wait in the player's inventory.
Delivering	A purchase was activated and is waiting for the plugin, for example with the server off.
Delivered	The commands for every purchase ran. The player has received everything.
Delivery failed	A command failed several times. See How does delivery work?.
Expired	The payment wasn't made in time.
Canceled	The order was canceled.
Refunded	The amount was returned to the player.
Disputed	The player disputed the payment with their bank or card.

Problems

The plugin shows its messages in Portuguese; they are quoted here as they appear.

Message	Likely cause	What to do
Erro ao gerar pagamento: followed by the reason	Often, Mercado Pago isn't connected.	Connect it in Settings › Payouts.
Pedido criado. O pagamento ainda nao esta disponivel; tente novamente em instantes.	Mercado Pago took too long to answer.	The player checks out again in a moment. The same cart doesn't create another order.
Seu pagamento já está sendo gerado.	The player clicked checkout twice.	Wait for the QR code to show up.
